Hautes-Côtes de Beaune blanc

Made from Chardonnay, this white wine is grown on the hills of the Côte de Beaune, on the limestone and clay-silica soils typical of the Hautes-Côtes.

It shows a pale yellow color with golden highlights. The nose is elegant and expressive, blending white flowers, ripe pear and citrus with a subtle touch of honey and hazelnut. On the palate, it charms with its mineral freshness, lovely tension and a slightly saline finish, typical of its high-altitude vineyards.

Domaine Montchovet, based in Nantoux, is a pioneer of organic and biodynamic winemaking. Founded in 1984 by Didier Montchovet, it was one of the first Demeter-certified estates in Burgundy. Today, it carries on a committed craft, producing honest, living wines that reflect their natural environment.
