For “Le Salon,” the gathering of Paris’s wellness community, Well In France and ARC Paris entrusted their buffet to Rosy Paris. The brief: a healthy buffet, a longevity menu and a table that reflects the values of the event.
01 – The event
Le Salon, the meeting place of the Paris wellness community
Le Salon brings together the key players of wellness in Paris. For this edition, Well In France and ARC Paris wanted a table that carried the message of the day: taking care of yourself without giving up pleasure. The buffet had to speak the same language as the event.

02 – The menu
A longevity menu, healthy and indulgent
The menu was built around the principles of longevity: plant-forward dishes, fresh seasonal produce and simple preparations that respect the ingredients. Every bite had to be light, colorful and full of flavor.
On the table: stuffed endive leaves, finger sandwiches, microgreen tartlets and berry pavlovas, served on silver-plated trays for a standing reception that flowed easily between conversations.

The principles of the buffet
- Plants first : vegetables, fruit and microgreens at the heart of every bite.
- Fresh, seasonal produce, prepared simply to keep its flavor.
- Light bites, easy to enjoy standing up, between conversations.
- A table in tune with the event : gerberas, ranunculus and warm colors, echoing the venue.
03 – The styling
A table in the colors of the venue
Terracotta walls, a glass roof, contemporary paintings: the venue set the tone. We answered with gerberas and ranunculus in bud vases placed directly on the white tablecloth, and a bouquet of orange ranunculus at the bar. As with all our buffets, the flowers were arranged by Rosy Paris.
