Chassagne-Montrachet

Domaine Coffinet-Duvernay, founded in the 1980s by Laura Coffinet and Philippe Duvernay, takes a very attentive approach in the vineyard and a minimal-intervention approach in the cellar.

This white wine stands out for its golden color, a complex nose with notes of white fruit, flowers and hazelnut, and a round palate with a lingering finish.

The Chassagne-Montrachet from Domaine Coffinet-Duvernay comes from exceptional clay-limestone soils in the Côte de Beaune, ideal for the harmonious ripening of Chardonnay. Made according to Burgundian tradition, it is aged in oak barrels for about 12 months, preserving its finesse and freshness.
Their style combines respect for the land, balance on the palate and a measured use of oak to bring out the best in Chardonnay.
