Event Catering · Paris

A grazing platter buffet with floral design brings together shareable platters and seasonal bouquets arranged for the occasion on a single table. Rosy Paris, a Parisian event caterer, prepares the platters, arranges the flowers and sets everything up on site on the day of your event. The format is designed first and foremost for companies: receptions, launches, offsites and client evenings.

01 – The concept

The grazing platter buffet, the flexible format for corporate events

The platter buffet rests on a simple idea: generous platters, ready to share, arranged around a floral centerpiece that gives the table height and character. Guests help themselves standing up, mingle and talk. No chafing dishes, no on-site cooking: setup is quick and the venue stays free.

In this salon with ornate moldings, the black lacquered platters were spread across a sand-colored draped tablecloth, at the foot of an autumn bouquet: calla lilies, burgundy and gold chrysanthemums, yellow celosia, goldenrod and eucalyptus. The flowers frame the platters without getting in the way of service.

02 – For companies

A buffet in the colors of your event

Showroom, atelier, meeting room, rooftop or barge: the platter buffet adapts to the venue. The palette of flowers and linens is chosen with you, to match your brand or the theme of the evening.

For this reception in a haute couture atelier, we chose sea-green tablecloths, blue checked linen, eucalyptus, baby’s breath and white chrysanthemums. On the table: fine charcuterie, cherry tomato skewers, cheese cubes and tarts to share. For Lancôme, we created a healthy buffet around longevity, and for Lesieur, an event staged with Table Festive.
